We would suggest re-naming this to recommend a friend and to also have it as a link through the content of work for us page and others rather than giving it its own menu links on the main core menu. We have suggested the form comes to you rather than automate an email directly to the person being referred so that you can offer a more personal recommendation service and either phone or send them a personal email rather than send a generic boring website one. Please confirm you are happy with this. Yes fine to have ‘recommend a friend’.
This form should be duplicated on the work for us page as well as within the candidate ‘home page’.
