Max Reed Forrester-
Max has extensive experience recruiting within both healthcare and IT markets and the majority of his experience is working within his current market Occupational Health. Max is a dedicated consultant who’s market knowledge is second to none.
Whilst heading up his team in healthcare Max runs the highest billing desk at Raisly placing temporary, contract and permanent candidates throughout the whole of the UK. Max goes above and beyond for his clients and candidates attending necessary events to broaden his knowledge in the Occupational Health market.
Max has worked tireless to acquire many of the Occupational Health providers on a sole supplier status meaning he has wealth of exclusive jobs not on the open market. Making him valuable asset to both clients and candidates alike.
Ernesto Salvia-
Ernesto has been with Raisly since it was launched, he has worked up from a Resourcer within Raisly Health to now working successfully as a Consultant within the Care & Nursing Home market; handling the recruitment across the Greater London and East Anglia regions.
Ernesto is a hardworking and committed consultant who is always sure to be thorough in his work. He has been working with the clients in his area and has successfully established working relationships with the recruitment teams of some of the UK’s largest care providers. Along with his friendly and polite telephone manner, Ernesto is a consultant who is easy to work with for both candidates and clients!
Jade Marland-
Jade has two and half years’ experience working within healthcare recruitment. She joined Raisly as a Resourcer and her hard work ethic allowed her to progress quickly into a Consultant position within the Raisly Health Care Home team, covering the South East.
Jade is a favourite with all her clients and always goes the extra mile to ensure both her candidates and clients expectations are met. She has been responsible bringing on some of the highest profile clients we have here at Raisly and has a fantastic and established presence in the South East nursing home region.
Lauren Allen-
Lauren has over five years’ experience working within healthcare recruitment, Lauren was originally our founder Isobelle Fish’s Resourcer for the majority of that time and once joined Raisly Health quickly progressed to a Consultant position.
Lauren works within our Care Home team covering the West Midlands and has a real passion for working with candidates to find them the perfect role! Lauren is a real asset to the team who has responsibilities in training new starts and mentoring junior members of the team to reach their full potential.
Karen Wessels-
Karen works within our care home team as a Recruitment Consultant. Karen’s background is within Care Home Management and the skills she brings from this background is what clients and candidates love!
Karen understands the care home market in depth and uses her knowledge from previous roles to ensure her clients find the right candidates and her candidates find the right clients.
Karen is a dedicated member of the team who consistently performs whilst helping all of those around her.
Alex Wilkinson-
Alex is our Occupational Health Resourcer working alongside Max. Alex consistently helps to build the Occupational Health desk and has a real rapport with her candidates. She is a determined and hardworking and is a real asset to the team. Her attention to detail and organisational skills mean the majority of her candidates work with her on an exclusive basis.
Alex pro-actively searches for suitable candidates to fill the vacancies and bookings for our clients and works tirelessly to match candidates to client requirements, her expert market knowledge makes her an outstanding candidate sourer in the Occupational Health market.
